Experience Summary
· Experienced for about 5 years in the field of Business Intelligence and analysis.
· Involved in all the phases of an SDLC staring from understanding the business needs, realizing the requirements specification, analysis of existing data, drafting the design docs, preparing new database objects, technical Implementation of the ETL components and developing the metadata for reporting purposes, developing Ad hoc and canned reports.
· Worked on OBIA HR Analytics. Aware of the other OBIA modules such as financial Analytics, Student Information Analytics.
· Good understanding of data models and data warehouse concepts, Able to understand and analyze the challenges in executing ETL and BI applications. Involved in performance tuning and migration across Development, INT, UAT and Production systems.
· Capable of quickly learning new tools and develop new skills required for the current environment. Follow and improvise best practices of the existing system.
· Flexibility and immediate adaptation to work across teams, with an attitude to get the job done.
