Roles and Responsibilities:
Submitting programmer requests
Management of internal mailbox
Reporting: creating reports, update and provide department reporting needs
Write necessary communication pieces for both internal and external clients
Provide superior customer service
Create internal forms: TP's, TPC forms, promotion forms, CA tickets
Be able to run queries, work with databases programs to create reports or documents
REQUIRED Skills: Excel, Word, Access
